Committee Structure
Ambassadors & Membership Committee
To serve as official host and goodwill representatives, promoting the Chamber in a positive way. To recruit new and retain current members. Meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
Casino Night Committee
To plan, coordinate and organize annual Casino Night fundraiser. Meets weekly and/or bi-weekly starting in December and ends with event in February.
Chamber Golf Classic Committee
To plan, coordinate and organize annual Chamber Golf Classic fundraiser. Meets weekly and bi-weekly starting in March and ends with event in June.
Chili-Dog Golf Tournament Committee
To plan, coordinate and organize annual Chili-Dog Golf Tournament fundraiser. Meets weekly and/or bi-weekly starting in September and end with event in November.
Education Committee
To plan, coordinate and develop education programs and services. Meets monthly on the 4th Wednesday of the month.
Governmental & Community Concerns Committee
To promote and protect the interests of the local business community that could be affected by actions of local, state and federal governmental agencies. To plan, coordinate and implement strategies that foster and develop relationships within the community. To plan, organize and develop programs for the Membership Meetings that will educate the membership in areas of interest. Meets monthly on the last Tuesday of the month.
Mingle at the Mills Committee
To plan, coordinate and organize annual Mingle at the Mills fundraiser. Meets weekly and/or bi-weekly starting in May and ending with event in September.
PR/Marketing Committee
To plan, coordinate and produce public relations and marketing functions. Meets monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Committees are the lifeblood of the Chamber. They are responsible for the planning, organizing and executing of most of our events, programs, and services. A large volunteer group is necessary to serve on these committees. Committees is one of the best ways to get involved with your Chamber.
